The Group

Fichet Group controls the entire chain, from design to maintenance and including manufacturing and installation, within its R&D and testing centres based in France.

Our history and expertise

Innovation in security has been our DNA for 200 years. From Alexandre Fichet's locksmith workshop to Fichet Group, two centuries of inventions designed and manufactured in France.

Since 1825, Fichet has been inventing, protecting and anticipating the threats of its time. From the pick-proof lock to ANSSI-qualified access control, each generation has advanced the state of the art in French security, designed and manufactured on home soil.

For the Group's 200th anniversary, he is leading “Conquête 2030”, the Group's strategic plan: €120M in revenue targeted by 2030 and an organisation structured by sector (Banking, Industry & Sensitive Infrastructure, Government, Luxury & Retail, Public access venues).

Its partners are trained in two training centres, in Baldenheim and Vélizy. A dedicated CISO and DPO ensure data governance that matches its clients' requirements.

On CSR, the Group was awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal 2026 with a score of 80/100, placing it in the top 5% of the companies assessed. Between 2022 and 2025, it cut its CO2 emissions by 11.4%.
