A standard room does not offer the resistance of a secure enclosure
Conventional walls and ceilings resist neither powerful tools (saw, hammer, axe, crowbar, drill, reciprocating saw, angle grinder) nor ballistic attack. Reinforcing an existing site using traditional methods remains heavy, costly and complex to adapt later - particularly for upper-floor installations.
