Duo 02

The desktop intercom that preserves acoustic comfort at the counter, even behind bullet-resistant glazing.

A secure counter can cut staff off from conversation with the public

A reception desk protected by thick or bullet-resistant glazing improves security, but it can also badly degrade the quality of conversation between staff and the public. Without a suitable intercom, the exchange becomes tiring, a source of misunderstandings and a drag on reception, particularly in high ballistic protection setups.

The desktop option in the Intercom range

‍

The Duo 02 differs from the Duo 04 in its desktop installation, placed freely on the counter with no recessing. For installation recessed into the worktop or surface-mounted, with accessibility options (BIM kit, induction loop) or individual comfort options (single-ear or dual-ear headset), the Duo 04 is recommended.
