An exposed counter cannot make do with vandal protection

Some reception points (banks, cash desks, sensitive service points) handle flows of change or notes that expose them to the risk of armed attack, not just to damage. Graded bullet-resistant protection then becomes necessary, without complicating day-to-day exchange.
